In jet lag your body will release this hormone at the wrong time. By taking Melatonin in tablet form you can mimic your body’s own sleep process and more easily adjust to the new time zone you are in.

It is important to inform you that Melatonin (Known under the brand name Circadin) is not currently licensed in the UK to treat jet lag. However, there is a lot of scientific evidence to support it’s use in this way and as long as you understand the licensing situation our doctors are happy to prescribe it for this use.
